UCS™ CLOUD Solutions
is a series of systems intended for remote monitoring of sensors in a wide range of fields, such as in the weighing industry, in agriculture, in constructions, geodetic activities, etc. The main users are professional and specialized companies, performing work on these installations, service or other professional activities connected with the given activity. The implementation of the system will make possible to have an overview of the status of the installation, remotely and with all measured data in the cloud storage.


What can be learned from the measured data and how can it be used?
From the measured data is possible to find out essential information regarding the status of the installation, such as the status of the scale and individual installed load cells, the measured weight, the values of the forces acting on the structure, the inclination of the walls of the construction pits and others according to the specific solution. The obtained data are also the input data for further analysis using artificial intelligence to predict events and predicting future problems.


Where are the data displayed and stored? How can the customers see them?
Data are securely sent to the cloud storage via the UCS™ X1 and UCS™ X1 DIN hardware module. Using the dashboard on the web interface, you can display current and historical data clearly and graphically. You can view the data both on a computer/laptop and on a mobile phone/tablet using a web browser.

How will customers find out possible problems with the monitored installation?
You will be informed of any problems of the installation by e-mail and SMS, which will alert you that the installation shows anomalies that could lead to non-functionality and complications. The system is set in a way that when certain limit parameters are exceeded, the system informs about the given situation.

Can the system be implemented in already existing installations?
Yes, the system can be implemented on both new and existing installations. In existing installations is necessary to verify their compatibility with the UCS™ X1 and UCS™ X1 DIN module. In some installations, it is necessary to analyze the possibilities of installation with regards to the possibilities of the requirements for monitoring. Anyway implementation can be solved almost everywhere.

Can multiple installations be monitored simultaneously?
Yes, the system allows you to monitor varios installations at the same time. A map with the location of all the installations is prepared on the dashboard and after clicking on a place on the map, information about the status of the specific installation is displayed. Setting the alarms is of course also available for all your installations without restrictions.

Recently, we have been hearing about the implementation of artificial intelligence in many fields of industry, agriculture and others. Can it be applied in this system as well?
Yes, but AI requires a prior learning process for which it needs data. It is necessary to have a certain minimum amount of data and, from this point of view, the implementation of the system needs to be implemented as soon as possible in order to obtain the largest possible amount of data. The more data, the greater the accuracy. For the next year, we are preparing the possibility of using neural networks to make predictions.
