5G  is a mobile network telecommunications standard that technically follows the 4G standard. The main benefit of the new technology is a significant, approximately ten-fold increase in transmission speed and a significant reduction in response time compared to the 4G standard, which, in addition to serving more devices and customers, should also enable the use of new technologies. One of the biggest benefits of the 5G network is manifested in the Internet of Things, where a reduction in response time is a major benefit for fast and immediate communication with connected devices.
